Payment Options

I accept cash, check, credit cards or health savings account cards as payment at time of service.

 (Note: you don’t need a PayPal account to use this payment service. You can also just click on the button at the bottom of the page that reads Pay with Debit or Credit Card).

Insurance

While using insurance can help with paying for therapy, insurance companies often limit client visits and require more serious diagnoses for continued treatment. I choose to remain out of network so that we may work together at a pace that feels comfortable to you, using techniques that fit each individual, rather than tailoring treatment to fit within a limited number of visits.

Many insurance companies provide out of network coverage for mental health services. While all fees are due at the time of service, I will provide you with all the paperwork needed for you to file a claim for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask that you give me 24 hours notice when canceling a scheduled appointment. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, I reserve the right to collect the full fee for the session unless we have both agreed upon extenuating circumstances that have prevented you from being present.

There is a $15 late fee for past due payments for services.

Fees

My fee for services is $140/hour for individuals and $160/hour for couples.
